Your role
As our CRM Manager DACH, you will be the driving force behind our customer retention and loyalty initiatives. You are responsible for maximizing Retention and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and driving scalable revenue growth through smart, data-driven retention strategies. You will act as the vital link between our global strategy and local execution, ensuring our DACH customers receive a world-class, personalized experience that feels local and relevant.
- Drive the CRM strategy for the DACH region to maximize customer retention, loyalty, and long-term Customer Lifetime Value (CLV)
- Implement smart segmentation, using data-driven models to ensure personalized messaging reaches the right audience at the optimal time
- Orchestrate multi-channel journeys within Bloomreach, ensuring technical excellence and high deliverability
- Manage the full customer lifecycle by building automated journeys from first purchase through to sophisticated win-back strategies
- Accelerate revenue growth by identifying DACH-specific opportunities
- Lead A/B testing roadmaps, focused on messaging, incentives, and "Next Best Action" timing to constantly improve conversion rates
- Analyze performance KPIs by monitoring cohort curves, churn velocity, and retention dashboards to translate data into actionable business wins
