Your role
We are looking for a strategic, hands-on expert to lead our paid media acquisition for the French market. In this pivotal role, you will unify our Paid Search (SEA) and Paid Social strategies, managing a 7 digit annual budget to drive new customer acquisition and efficient growth.
Reporting to the Head of Performance & Growth, you will be the bridge between user intent (Google) and brand discovery (paid social), ensuring our message resonates with French culture while hitting rigorous performance targets.
You own the full-funnel paid media strategy for France and make data-driven decisions to maximize ROAS and scale new customer acquisition.
You orchestrate the campaign architecture on Meta, leveraging features like Advantage+ Shopping but understanding their pros, cons and impact on delivery, spend allocation, and insights. You will support our expansion into new channels like TikTok by executing tests and establishing best practices.
You optimize the account architecture on Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax) and Microsoft Ads, optimizing for high-intent queries and efficient CPAs.
You drive efficiently large-scale, feed-based campaigns (Catalogue Ads/DPA and Google Shopping). You utilize sophisticated audience and product segmentation to ensure we show the right product to the right French customer.
You are the guardian of our brand’s relevance in France. You blend analytical insights with cultural nuance to create "hooks" for French consumers, ensuring ad copy and visuals are not just translated, but culturally optimized.
You move beyond last-click attribution, utilizing tools like GA4 and Looker to understand the true incrementality of your campaigns. You design rigorous lift tests to validate spend scaling.
You act as a key partner to the French Country Team and the Creative Studio, providing feedback on asset performance and aligning paid efforts with broader market goals.
