We are looking for a hands-on
Performance Marketing Manager to drive the daily execution of our acquisition channels
for the French market. This is a key operational role where you will work closely with the Country Manager and Head of Performance Marketing to implement our growth strategy.
You won’t just be pushing buttons; you will be our "eyes and ears" in the accounts. You will monitor performance daily, spot trends, and propose data-backed moves to scale our reach. You are the operational engine that ensures our Meta and Google accounts are healthy, optimized, and speaking the right language to our French customers.
Key Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the daily health and maintenance of our campaigns across Google Ads (Shopping, Search, PMax), Meta, and Microsoft Ads.
You ensure we are hitting our spend targets efficiently. You monitor daily performance and proactively propose budget reallocations between channels when you see an opportunity to lower CPA or increase volume.
You set up the campaigns, ensure tracking is working, manage product feeds, and execute tests.
You prepare clear weekly reports on performance, highlighting what worked, what didn’t, and suggesting next steps for the weeks ahead.
You identify which assets are fatiguing and need refreshing. You write high-quality, engaging ad copy for the French market and prepare briefs for the Creative Team based on performance data to ensure our ads don't sound "translated," but feel native, using the right cultural hooks and tone.
You keep an eye on what competitors are doing in France and pitch new creative ideas to the team.
