Your role
As our Senior Performance Marketing Manager for Paid Social France, you will be the engine of our new customer acquisition efforts. You will take ownership of the day-to-day management and optimization of our French paid social strategy and budget, working in close partnership with the Head of Performance & Growth.
- Execute and optimize the full-funnel paid social strategy for the French market, with a primary focus on driving new customer acquisition at an efficient CPA
- Blend your analytical skills with a deep understanding of French culture, understanding what triggers engagement on French social media and use these insights to brief the creative team, ensuring every ad hits the sweet spot between performance data and cultural relevance
- Manage the campaign architecture on Meta, leveraging features like Advantage+ Shopping and advantage features and supporting our expansion into new channels like TikTok by executing tests and establishing best practices
- Manage and optimize large, feed-based campaigns, such as Catalogue Ads and DPA at scale, utilizing sophisticated audience and product segmentation to maximize relevance and return
- Analyze creative performance, identify actionable insights, and support a rigorous testing framework to understand what drives results
- Dive deep into performance data to understand trends, reporting on the specificities of the French market to leadership and adapting the strategy accordingly
- Work closely with the French Country Team and creative teams, as well as the DACH Performance Marketing Team to share learnings and coordinate on strategy execution
