Your role
Our dynamic, challenge-driven People & Culture Team consists of Sarah G., Judith, Lea, Katharina, Sabrina, Sarah S. and Philipp. As a seven-person team, we are the backbone of Sunday Natural, managing all HR-related matters and inquiries. As a (Senior) People Operations Manager / HR Manager, you will play a key role in contract management, contribute to People & Culture projects, and optimize People & Culture Operations to enhance overall employee satisfaction.
- You are part of an 7-people P&C team supporting a company of 250 employees, with continued sustainable growth ahead
- Oversee personnel and organizational tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, contract administration, and compliance with labor laws
- Design, implement, and optimize scalable HR processes and structures to support a growing organization, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Develop and refine internal workflows, policies, and systems to enhance employee experience, streamline operations, and adapt to the evolving needs of the company.
- Take ownership of specific HR projects and special cases, such as occupational safety, attendance management, BEM & BGM processes, and legal compliance related to contracts and employee relations.
- Maintain and manage employee data in Personio and digital personnel files, handling the creation of employment contracts, certificates, contract amendments, terminations, and monthly reports
