Your role
Yoshi en is a startup comprised of a passionate team of 35 dedicated individuals, specializing in delivering the finest tea products directly from the best estates to consumers. As a spin-off of the well-established Sunday Natural, we aim to revolutionize the tea industry by blending traditional values with modern direct-to-consumer strategies. In this role, you will work closely with the CEO & founder Jörg Schweikart, and collaborate with small, international teams to develop and execute technology and digital product strategies that align with our business goals and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Develop DTC growth strategy for Yoshi en in line with the management team and business objectives
- Oversee or hands-on manage CRM, Paid Media, and Influencer partnerships
- Recruit and develop a sustainable, long-term team that aligns with business objectives
- Handling BI and data management to generate actionable commercial insights, oversee the generation of commercial data and marketing insights
- Monitor and optimize the performance of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring cost-effective customer acquisition and retention
- Collaborate with Product and other relevant cross-functional teams and manage partnerships with external agencies
