Your role
Yoshi en is a startup comprised of a passionate team of 35 dedicated individuals, specializing in delivering the finest tea products directly from the best estates to consumers. As a spin-off of the well-established Sunday Natural, we aim to revolutionize the tea industry by blending traditional values with modern direct-to-consumer strategies. In this role, you will work closely with the CEO & founder Jörg Schweikart, and collaborate with small, international teams to develop and execute technology and digital product strategies that align with our business goals and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

  • Develop DTC growth strategy for Yoshi en in line with the management team and business objectives
  • Oversee or hands-on manage CRM, Paid Media, and Influencer partnerships
  • Recruit and develop a sustainable, long-term team that aligns with business objectives
  • Handling BI and data management to generate actionable commercial insights, oversee the generation of commercial data and marketing insights
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring cost-effective customer acquisition and retention
  • Collaborate with Product and other relevant cross-functional teams and manage partnerships with external agencies 
Your profile
  • Strong D2C digital marketing background, ideally with experience in selling FMCG products, particularly in the nutrition/food category
  • Hands-on expertise in performance marketing, specifically with Google Shopping, along with a proven track record in building performance-driven influencer programs and managing paid media campaigns
  • Data-driven approach with solid experience in BI and data management, as well as an understanding of analytics and attribution modeling
  • Ability to strategically translate business needs into actionable solutions, while also excelling in operational execution and cross-functional teamwork
  • Motivated to achieve collective goals and grow together with the brand
  • Proactive and hands-on mentality, contributing to shaping the company culture beyond your specific area of expertise
  • Regular presence in the office in Berlin – this is not a remote position!

Sunday Natural emerged from a long-standing passion and research in the fields of health, healing, and personal growth. The lack of natural, high-quality products on the market was the original motivation for founding Sunday Natural in 2013. We aim to produce the products we ourselves would love to buy – as natural as possible, absolutely pure, free from any additives, and of the highest quality. In a strategic partnership with CVC, Sunday Natural is now one of Germany's most renowned quality manufacturers, with its own research and development department in Berlin. For the continuous improvement of our products, we collaborate with selected research institutes, scientists, therapists, farmers, and professional associations.  

We take our ecological responsibility very seriously: Our entire range is therefore vegetarian, mostly vegan. We also go our own way when it comes to packaging: the majority of our products are packaged in glass and are therefore almost completely recyclable.
