Warehouse Associate – Outbound – Logistics Site Viersen (all genders)

Your role

We are looking for motivated Warehouse Associates – Outbound (m/f/d) to support the launch and growth of our new logistics site in Viersen.

As part of our outbound team, you will help ensure that customer orders are picked, packed and shipped accurately and efficiently.

  • Picking products using handheld scanners and digital pick lists
  • Retrieving products from warehouse shelving and storage locations
  • Using handheld scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to process warehouse activities
  • Packing and preparing customer orders for shipment
  • Printing and applying shipping and product labels
  • Labeling and identifying products
  • Performing quality checks before shipment
  • Weighing and preparing parcels for dispatch
  • Loading goods and ensuring proper load securing procedures
  • Operating pallet trucks and material handling equipment
  • Processing returns
  • Operating sectional warehouse doors during loading and unloading activities
  • Operating cardboard balers or waste compactors where required
  • Supporting inventory counts and stock checks
  • Maintaining cleanliness, order and workplace safety
  • Following all quality, safety and operational procedures

Your profile

  • Previous experience in warehousing, logistics or production is an advantage
  • Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners is desirable
  • Forklift license is an advantage but not required
  • Willingness to work shifts
  • Physically fit and reliable
  • Structured and detail-oriented working style
  • Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Basic German or English communication skills

What we offer

  • Competitive hourly wage starting at €15.00 gross per hour (depending on qualifications and experience)
