Help us build a world-class procurement function
At Sunday Natural, our mission is bringing premium wellness products into the world for millions of customers across Europe — sustainably, reliably, and with uncompromising quality. Procurement is at the heart of this, ensuring that every material meets our standards and supports long-term, scalable growth.
With around 2,000 products and a continuously expanding portfolio, our procurement environment is anything but simple. The supplements industry brings a high level of complexity — from sourcing a wide range of raw materials to navigating strict quality and regulatory standards. To stay ahead, we need to go beyond operational excellence and bring deeper transparency, sharper data insights, and stronger strategic focus into how we elevate procurement and ensure reliable supply for our production at all times.
- Establish a best-in-class Category Architecture: Design and implement a clear category structure across all spend, identifying key leverage areas, critical dependencies, and bottleneck categories.
Lead high-impact cross-functional projects: Take ownership of critical initiatives such as the Raw Material Replacement project — a highly visible, cross-functional program requiring strong stakeholder alignment across procurement, R&D, Quality, Finance and Operations.
Drive strategic transformation through data: Build transparency across our procurement landscape by structuring and analyzing spend data, enabling better decisions, prioritization, and negotiation strategies.
Embed a robust risk management approach: Introduce structured risk frameworks across suppliers and categories, integrating quality and supply risk to strengthen long-term resilience.
Drive structured cost optimization: Identify and execute COGS reduction opportunities through deep data analysis, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) thinking, and targeted supplier negotiations.
Strengthen procurement processes and standards: Further develop and refine procurement processes (e.g. P2P workflows, SOPs), ensuring scalability, clarity, and high adoption across the team.
