Your role
In this key strategic position, you will act as the architect of our People Operations landscape. We are not looking for someone to maintain the status quo, but for a strategic enabler of scalable, international growth. Your mission is to eliminate manual bottlenecks and build a robust data ecosystem that enables real-time, data-driven decision-making and supports the development of an international scale-up.
You will bring your expertise in operational excellence and automation into the team, actively enabling and upskilling our People Operations Managers, and driving success together as a unit. Your unique strength lies at the intersection of HR excellence and systems thinking – moving us away from manual spreadsheets toward a fully integrated, automated People infrastructure within Personio, designed to scale internationally.

You will bring your expertise in operational excellence and automation into the team, actively enabling and upskilling our People Operations Managers, and driving success together as a unit. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and continuously evolving our People Analytics landscape to enable strong, data-driven decision-making foundations
- Leveraging the full potential of Personio by developing a state-of-the-art system landscape, including the implementation and management of API integrations and automation (e.g. RPA) to ensure seamless data flow across tools and systems
- Technical mentoring and guiding of People Operations Managers on both operational excellence (e.g., ensuring high-quality administrative standards) and the implementation of automated, scalable processes
- Designing and elevating our People structures with a focus on process standardization across international markets (including PL, IT, FR, CH, and NL)
- Acting as a strategic sparring partner to HR Business Partners and the CPO on complex labor law topics, organizational structures, and cross-border scenarios
- Leading key strategic HR initiatives and People projects such as the continuous development of Compensation & Benefits frameworks, Job Architecture, and Salary Bands, taking into account cross-market complexity
