Your role
In this role, you combine analytical sharpness with a deep understanding of performance marketing dynamics on Amazon. You are motivated by turning data into measurable growth and by continuously refining campaigns to unlock their full potential. As our Amazon Performance Marketing Manager, you take end-to-end ownership of our Amazon Advertising ecosystem. Your work ensures that every euro invested is used thoughtfully and effectively to strengthen our brand presence and performance. While your core focus lies in PPC, you bring a holistic marketplace perspective and proactively contribute insights on adjacent levers such as Marketplace Analysis, SEO and Listing Conversion. You work closely with our Marketplace and Brand teams to continuously improve visibility, relevance and impact.
- Take full ownership of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display campaigns, including setup, monitoring and continuous optimization
- Conduct in-depth keyword and audience research tailored to the specific dynamics of the supplement market
- Leverage Search Query Performance (SQP) and Brand Analytics to identify growth opportunities, efficiency levers and conversion gaps
- Act as a strategic partner to the Marketplace team by providing data-backed recommendations on USPs, creatives and listing elements to improve click-through and conversion rates
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and provide structured, actionable reporting to inform investment decisions and scaling strategies
- Identify underperforming targets and scaling opportunities independently, ensuring ongoing performance improvements
