Your role
In the role as Senior People Operations Manager – Strategic & International Operations (all genders), you take on a strategically shaping function within our People organization. As a highly experienced People Operations professional, you design and elevate structures, processes and standards that enable sustainable and scalable growth. Your focus lies not on day-to-day administration, but on strengthening our People Operations excellence with a clear perspective on scalability, compliance and international markets. Experience in supporting or building structures across multiple EU markets is highly valuable. You act as a key point of contact for other People Operations Managers and work closely with our HR Business Partners and the Chief People Officer to ensure alignment, clarity and long-term impact.
- Strategically develop and scale our People Operations structures and processes, with a strong focus on operational excellence and process standardization across international markets
- Take ownership of leveraging the full potential of, and continuously optimizing, Personio as our core HR system
- Ensure legally compliant, efficient, and scalable processes across the entire employee lifecycle, while accommodating local labor laws and market-specific requirements
- Act as a trusted sparring partner on labor law, structural, and process-related topics for peers, HR Business Partners, and the CPO, providing guidance in complex cross-border scenarios
- Develop, harmonize, and implement international People processes to support market expansion, with a particular focus on Poland, Italy, France, Switzerland, and the Netherlands, ensuring alignment with global standards while respecting local regulations
- Lead or contribute to strategic HR projects such as the ongoing development of Compensation & Benefits frameworks, Job Architecture, and Salary Bands, factoring in cross-market complexity and scalability
