Join us in ramping up the IT infrastructure of our new Fulfillment Center in Viersen

At Sunday Natural, we pursue a clear mission: to make high-quality, natural food supplements available to millions of customers across Europe — sustainably, reliably, and with excellent service. With more than 1,500 premium products and a rapidly growing direct-to-consumer business, logistics is a core pillar of our brand promise.

As we open our new Fulfillment Center in Viersen, a stable and secure IT environment is critical from day one. To support this, we are looking for an IT System Administrator (all genders) who will play a key role in building and maintaining the local IT infrastructure while ensuring seamless collaboration with our central IT teams in Berlin and Poland.

This role offers real operational ownership: you will help establish the technical backbone of a new site, ensure stable day-to-day operations, and actively contribute to building a scalable, secure IT setup. If you enjoy combining hands-on technical work with structured process thinking in a growing environment, this is your opportunity to create tangible impact from the start.

Your Mission:

You will take operational responsibility for the setup and ongoing operation of the IT infrastructure at our new Fulfillment Center in Viersen — from preparing the network and systems landscape to ensuring a stable, secure, and scalable live operation.

Working closely with our central IT teams, you will provide on-site support in Viersen while also contributing to remote support for our locations in Poland and Berlin, ensuring high system availability, compliance, and operational efficiency.

You will:

  • Responsible for all operations in our warehouse in Viersen by ensuring all IT services are running and proactively maintained, providing remote support for our facilities in Poland and the Berlin office, managing requests and incidents via our ticketing system (Atlassian).

  • Support the design, setup, and maintenance of the local network and infrastructure for the warehouse (including Unifi Network, Windows Print Server, Azure, Microsoft RDP connections, label and standard printers), ensuring readiness for site opening and stable day-to-day operations.

  • Administer and support core systems and tools such as Addigy (MDM), Apple Business Manager, Google Workspace, Snipe-IT (asset management), 1Password, Okta, and related endpoint environments (primarily macOS).

  • Ensure system availability, network security, and compliance with internal IT policies; proactively analyze and resolve operational malfunctions and collaborate with system administrators on monitoring hosted systems.

Your profile
  • At least 5 years of experience as an IT System Administrator or in a comparable role.

  • Strong knowledge of macOS, Google Workspace, and network environments.

  • Good knowledge with Unifi Network, MDM solutions, Windows Print Server, Microsoft Azure & RDP connections, and printer/label printer environments, Asset management and Password/Identity tools

  • Experience working with ITIL-oriented support methodologies.

  • A hands-on technical mindset combined with structured, solution-oriented thinking.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a distributed, multi-location team environment.

  • Fluent English (C1); German skills are a strong plus.

  • Strong service orientation and the ability to communicate technical topics clearly to non-technical users.

What we offer
  • The opportunity to help build and shape the IT infrastructure of a new fulfillment site from the ground up.

  • A responsible role with visible operational impact.

  • A collaborative, international working environment with strong professional and personal development potential.

  • Employee discounts on our entire product range.

  • A respectful working environment with clear goals, open communication, and strong team spirit.

About us
Sunday Natural emerged from a long-standing passion and research in the fields of health, healing, and personal growth. The lack of natural, high-quality products on the market was the original motivation for founding Sunday Natural in 2013. We aim to produce the products we ourselves would love to buy – as natural as possible, absolutely pure, free from any additives, and of the highest quality. In a strategic partnership with CVC, Sunday Natural is now one of Germany's most renowned quality manufacturers, with its own research and development department in Berlin. For the continuous improvement of our products, we collaborate with selected research institutes, scientists, therapists, farmers, and professional associations.

We take our ecological responsibility very seriously: that’s why the majority of our product range is vegan. We also take an innovative approach to packaging: most of our products are packaged in glass, making them almost entirely recyclable.

Our diverse team in Berlin consists of over 350 employees from more than 40 nationalities and continues to grow – but at a sustainable pace. Our goal is to foster a collaborative, supportive, and inclusive work environment with a diverse group of motivated, talented, and visionary team members.

We highly value equality of opportunity and inclusivity, and we would like to particularly encourage women and candidates from under-represented backgrounds to apply, even if you don’t match with 100% of the requirements.

We are looking forward to you and your application!
