Your role
As our E-Commerce Manager, you are the backbone of Sunday Natural’s digital storefront and the driving force behind its evolution into a high-performance, AI-optimized environment. You won’t just be "managing a shop" – you will be responsible for building a flawless technical foundation and transforming manual operational tasks into automated, scalable workflows. Your goal is to ensure technical and operational excellence, bridging the gap between Web Design and IT to maintain our high standards of quality across all markets.
- You will optimize the shop’s logical structure and navigation, ensuring every customer enjoys a seamless and intuitive discovery experience
- Beyond just listing products, you will lead the end-to-end launch process, ensuring that every new arrival is perfectly positioned with high-quality data and visuals across all storefronts
- You will be the technical engine behind our marketing efforts, engineering voucher logic and promotional triggers that bring our newsletters and global campaigns to life
- You will actively hunt for manual bottlenecks and replace them with sophisticated, automated workflows using tools like n8n or Google Workspace Studio to scale our efficiency
- You will take ownership of the PIM’s data integrity, ensuring technical consistency and a "single source of truth" that powers our global expansion
- You will craft high-quality documentation in Confluence, not just for onboarding but to serve as the foundational intelligence for our internal support tools
