Product Quality Manager (all genders)

Your role
As Quality Manager within the Product & Materials Quality team, you ensure that our finished products meet the highest quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. You work closely with Product Development, Regulatory, and Laboratory teams to embed quality early in the product lifecycle and act as the go-to expert for product testing, compliance, and problem resolution.

  • Support New Product Development by ensuring quality and regulatory requirements are integrated from the start (Quality by Design - QbD)
  • Define and review testing plans for new products, ensuring methods and specifications meet all requirements
  • Verify compliance with label declarations, ingredient lists, and nutritional information and act as subject matter expert during audits, inspections, and cross-functional collaborations
  • Manage non-conformities, run root cause analyses (RCA), define and execute corrective actions (CAPAs)
  • Provide input on product-related customer complaints and escalate significant quality issues
  • Define and maintain the finished product testing matrix based on risk assessment and prepare and present monthly NPD quality KPIs
Your profile
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of Quality by Design (QbD) and risk assessment tools such as FMEA
  • Proven experience with food/supplements label declaration, claims substantiation, and product formulation
  • Understanding of nutrient and contaminant testing methods
  • Preventive mindset with the ability to identify potential failure; you seek to understand the full picture and don’t settle for the first answer
  • You communicate confidently in English (minimum B2 level) and are comfortable working cross-functionally
