Your role
As our Performance Marketing Manager for YouTube, you will build our YouTube channel from the ground up be and lead our new customer acquisition efforts on Google's largest video platform. You will take full ownership of the day-to-day management and optimization of our international YouTube strategy and budget, working in close partnership with the Head of Performance & Growth.
- Execute and optimize the full-funnel YouTube strategy, with a primary focus on driving new customer acquisition at an efficient CPA
- Manage and deploy a sizable YouTube budget across multiple markets, making data-driven decisions to scale spend effectively and hit ambitious growth targets
- Manage a complex account architecture, mastering a structure of campaign types like Video Reach Campaigns (VRC), Video View Campaigns (VVC), and Demand Gen as well as features like Brand and Search Lift Testing
- Own a rigorous, high-velocity testing framework for video creatives and actively analyze creative performance focusing on areas such as hooks, formats, CTAs, story arcs, etc, using Google's "ABCD" creative principles as a guide for excellence
- Act as the single point of contact for YouTube creative, translating performance data into actionable briefs to fuel our asset pipeline and maintain a well structured feedback loop
- Dive deep into performance data to understand trends, identify actionable insights, and report on performance to leadership
