Your role
                        We are looking for a hands-on B2B Marketing Manager to lead and scale our marketing efforts for our growing Therapist Network. You will own the strategic steering and optimization of our core B2B partner journey, from acquisition to reactivation. You will be the key owner of the B2B CRM strategy, working closely with Sales, the central CRM team, and external partners to build a structured, data-driven, and scalable marketing engine.

                CRM & Lifecycle Marketing (Core Focus Area)
- Strategic ownership of the Partner Lifecycle in close partnership with the central CRM team and Sales.
- Conception and end-to-end execution of automated email workflows and nurturing streams (e.g., onboarding, upsell, reactivation) utilizing segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
- Ensuring data quality and integration of B2B contacts between marketing tools (e.g., Braze) and the CRM system (Salesforce) for seamless lead handover and performance measurement.
- Analysis and reporting of key CRM KPIs (e.g., open rates, conversion rates, lead quality) to continuously improve the partner journey.
- Evaluation and implementation of additional engagement channels (e.g., SMS, WhatsApp, print) as part of the lifecycle strategy.
Strategy & Campaigns
- Co-develop and execute a holistic B2B marketing strategy that ensures the CRM system is supplied with high-quality leads.
- Plan and run integrated campaigns (digital, print, events), ensuring that campaign performance is consistently tracked within the CRM.
- Maintain and evolve our marketing tech stack, with a specific focus on the interface between Braze and Salesforce.
Content & Enablement
- Create and optimize sales and CRM-specific assets (e.g., automated email series content, specialized landing pages for lead nurturing).
- Ensure consistent and CRM-appropriate messaging across all communication touchpoints in the lifecycle.
- Create high quality physical sales collateral specific to our different target groups (gynecologists, naturopaths, nutritionists etc.)
Market Intelligence & Innovation
- Track trends and tools for optimizing B2B CRM and the partner journey.
- Launch and scale test initiatives to drive therapist engagement, based on CRM data and insights.
