Your role
In this role, you'll combine your skills as a Conversion Analyst with those of a Project Manager for our A/B testing program. You'll co-shape and manage the roadmap for our multi-domain A/B testing program and co-drive its continuous improvement with our Head of CRO. This includes working closely with UX designers and developers to create an efficient and effective testing process that generates measurable business impact.
In addition, you will use your expertise in heuristic analysis and qualitative and quantitative research methods to drive impact on user experience and conversion funnel improvement projects.

- Manage and enhance the operations of our multi-domain A/B testing program
- Continuously collaborate with our UX designers and developers to advance A/B tests
- Perform qualitative and quantitative CRO research on user behavior
- Educate stakeholders on CRO best practices and workflows
- Collaborate with our data and tracking experts to enhance our A/B testing setup and insight generation
- Continuously monitor new developments in the CRO ecosystem and advise on their usefulness and adoption
