Your role

We're looking for a skilled Magento Developer to drive the innovation and optimization of our core eCommerce platform. In this role, you will be a key player in shaping our digital strategy by developing and implementing new features, enhancing platform performance, and ensuring seamless integrations with crucial business systems like ERPs and CRMs. You will work within an agile environment, collaborating with product managers and cross-functional teams to turn business needs into scalable, high-performance solutions. This position is ideal for a proactive professional passionate about leveraging modern technologies like GraphQL, Redis, and cloud-hosted infrastructures to build a robust and future-proof tech stack.

Magento Development & Platform Optimization

Serve as a developer and architect for our Magento 2 eCommerce platform.
Develop new features and optimize existing functionalities for scalability, security, and high performance.
Build robust integrations between Magento 2, ERP systems (e.g., Odoo), and other digital platforms using PHP (Symfony or similar frameworks).
Utilize caching technologies (Redis, Varnish) and develop high-performance APIs (REST & GraphQL) to enhance speed and reliability.

Collaboration & Agile Execution

Partner with the Product Manager, internal teams, and external agencies to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Conceptualize, design, and implement innovative eCommerce features that enhance customer experience.
Monitor platform performance, security, and reliability, ensuring continuous improvement.

Integration & Scalability

Ensure seamless integration of Magento 2 with other systems, including ERP, CRM, and third-party tools.
Work with cutting-edge cloud-hosted infrastructures to maintain a future-proof tech stack.
Utilize modern DevOps and CI/CD practices to streamline development and deployment.

Your profile

5+ years of hands-on experience in PHP development for large-scale eCommerce applications.
Deep expertise in Magento 2—you know it inside out!
Strong proficiency in Symfony (or similar PHP frameworks like Laravel, Zend, CakePHP).
Advanced knowledge of API development (REST, GraphQL) and SQL database optimization.
Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS/KnockoutJS) is a plus.
Hands-on experience with Git version control, cloud infrastructure, and agile methodologies.

Bonus Points

Experience integrating ERP, CMS, or third-party platforms with Magento 2.
Expertise in caching technologies like Redis, Varnish to enhance platform performance.
