+++ Ideally, you have prior recruitment experience and a strong network in the following industries: Pharma, Food, Supplements, Chemistry, Biotechnology, and R&D. +++We’re looking for a Freelance Recruiter (all genders) to join and support our Talent Acquisition team in sourcing and hiring top talent in Poland. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who knows how to navigate complex roles – especially within pharma, dietary supplements, chemistry, biotechnology, or R&D– and thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.

- Drive sourcing as your top priority – identify and engage top Product Development & R&D talent on the Polish market
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and reactivate previously interested but inactive candidates, leveraging your own LinkedIn Recruiter Seat as the key tool
- Conduct first interviews and integrate candidates seamlessly into the recruitment process, including scheduling and coordination of further interview stages
- Collaborate closely with our Talent Acquisition team and manage strong stakeholder communication with Heads of Department and Executive leadership
- Document progress and track results accurately in our systems to ensure transparency and efficiency
- Actively participate in regular meetings between Talent Acquisition and business departments, sharing insights and progress updates
