Your role
As a key member of an 9-person People & Culture team, you will ensure smooth and efficient execution of all personnel-related operations to support a growing organization. Your focus will be on optimizing scalable processes, maintaining compliance, and delivering seamless employee lifecycle management.
- Oversee daily personnel operations including onboarding, offboarding, contract management, and labor law compliance
- Develop, implement, and improve workflows and systems to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience
- Lead projects related to occupational safety, attendance tracking, return-to-work management (BEM), workplace health management (BGM), and legal compliance
- Maintain accurate employee data in Personio and digital personnel files, handling contract creation, amendments, certifications, terminations, and monthly reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously adapt processes to meet the evolving needs of the company
