Your role
We are looking for an experienced Category Innovation Manager for the category Longevity to drive our product development initiatives within the dynamic global supplement market. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the end-to-end process of creating and enhancing innovative supplement products – from initial concept and formulation through to successful market launch.
- Own and manage the longevity category, driving growth through innovative product development and portfolio optimization – from start to finish!
- Develop cutting edge products that set new standards in your category!
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain) to bring new products from concept to market launch
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape within the global supplement space
- Develop and execute category strategies aligned with business objectives and market opportunities in strong collaboration with Marketing
- Bring in your eCommerce & digital marketing insights to ensure successful product positioning in online FMCG channels
- Monitor product performance post-launch, recommending enhancements and lifecycle strategies
- Ensure compliance with international regulatory requirements for dietary supplements
