Your role
Sunday Natural is looking for an Inbound Sales Manager B2B (all genders) who is passionate about customer service and managing our network of doctors and therapists for our French Market from our Sunday Office in Berlin. This role involves a mix of administrative tasks and direct communication with our partners and field sales team. A strong solution-oriented mindset and the ability to communicate empathetically are essential for this position.
- Act as the first point of contact for our doctors, therapists, and field sales team, ensuring smooth coordination and resolving special cases
- Present collaboration opportunities, provide consultation, and oversee the entire contract management process
- Ensure accurate maintenance and updating of customer data to support sales analysis and strategic decision-making
- Guide our partners throughout the entire sales process, focusing on personalized solutions
- Handle key account orders and general inquiries or issues
- Develop and implement new problem-solving and optimization strategies to enhance team efficiency
