Content & Growth Specialist – Poland (all genders)

Your role
We are seeking a Content & Growth Specialist to play a key role in launching and shaping Sunday Natural’s presence in the Polish market. This is a hybrid role that combines content localisation and creation with strategic thinking around product rollouts and digital growth.

You will work closely with our Polish Country Manager to ensure a compelling and high-quality customer experience across all Polish-language channels. Your responsibilities will span from adapting product and brand content to ideating growth initiatives and supporting structured execution, making this role ideal for someone who brings both creativity and precision.
  • Localise and create Polish-language content for product pages, newsletters, landing pages, and campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and cultural relevance
  • Take a holistic approach to new product launches, optimising metadata, product titles, and descriptions for search and user experience
  • Conduct keyword and market research to inform content structure and support Google Search efforts
  • Contribute to campaign ideation, digital storytelling, and creative concepts across social media and marketing channels
  • Work with structured content processes, including product data entry and translation workflows
  • Support cross-functional collaboration across localisation, content, and digital marketing
  • Contribute to future initiatives such as TAN (Therapeutic Academy Network), with opportunities to grow into a more strategic marketing and content role over time
Your profile
  • Native-level Polish speaker with excellent writing, translation, and editing skills
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in content, localisation, e-commerce, or digital marketing
  • Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment—ideally in a DTC brand or scale-up
  • Strong understanding of the Polish digital and consumer landscape
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEA, keyword research, and content optimisation
  • Social media content creation experience is a big plus
  • Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable managing both creative and operational tasks
  • High level of attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Strong sense of ownership and curiosity, with a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
