Your role
We’re looking for a highly analytical and detail‑oriented Demand Planner (all genders) to join our Production Planning team. In this role, you’ll turn data into smart, actionable forecasts that keep our shelves stocked, our customers happy, and our operations running like clockwork. If you love spotting patterns in numbers, anticipating market needs, and making processes more efficient, you’ll thrive here.
What you’ll do:
Build accurate demand forecasts using historical data, marketing plans, and sales insights
Spot trends, seasonal shifts, and forecast gaps — and take action to improve accuracy
Balance supply and demand to maintain optimal inventory levels while avoiding excess stock
Track inventory against targets and adjust forecasts to keep performance on point
Partner closely with Purchasing to ensure raw materials are ready when production needs them
Work hand‑in‑hand with production, marketing, operations, and purchasing to keep plans aligned
Improve the way we work by refining forecasting tools and inventory management processes

The lack of natural, high-quality products on the market was the original motivation for founding Sunday Natural in 2013. We aim to produce the products we ourselves would love to buy – as natural as possible, absolutely pure, free from any additives, and of the highest quality. In a strategic partnership with CVC, Sunday Natural is now one of Germany's most renowned quality manufacturers, with its own research and development department in Berlin. For the continuous improvement of our products, we collaborate with selected research institutes, scientists, therapists, farmers, and professional associations.
We take our ecological responsibility very seriously: Our entire range is therefore vegetarian, mostly vegan. We also go our own way when it comes to packaging: the majority of our products are packaged in glass and are therefore almost completely recyclable.
