Your role
We’re looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Demand Planner (all genders) to join our forecasting team. In this role, you’ll turn data into smart, actionable forecasts that keep our shelves stocked, our customers happy, and our operations running like clockwork. If you love spotting patterns in numbers, anticipating market needs, and making processes more efficient, you’ll thrive here.
What you’ll do:
Analytical Skills: Build accurate demand forecasts using historical data, marketing plans, and sales insights. You will spot trends, seasonal shifts, and forecast gaps, and take action to improve accuracy.
Process Management: Track inventory against targets and adjust forecasts to keep performance on point. You will also improve the way we work by refining forecasting tools and inventory management processes.
Collaboration: Partner closely with Purchasing to ensure raw materials are ready when production needs them. You will work hand-in-hand with production, marketing, operations, and purchasing to keep plans aligned.
Decision Making: You will use data and insights to make informed decisions that impact inventory levels and production schedules. You will also be responsible for communicating your forecast assumptions and decisions to key stakeholders.
Your profile
You have at least 3 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain management in a manufacturing or FMCG environment—this is a must-have for the role.
It’s a big plus if you have worked in the supplement, aromatherapy, cosmetics, wellness, or a similar product-driven environment.
Functional/Technical Skills: You know how to turn forecasts into efficient operations, translating demand data into actionable plans, aligning closely with key stakeholders, and ensuring the right products are available at the right time while avoiding overstock or shortages.
You hold a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
You are confident working with ERP systems like Odoo. You have experience with Tableau or Excel, and ideally bring experience with forecasting and inventory planning tools.
About us
Sunday Natural emerged from a long-standing passion and research in the fields of health, healing, and personal growth. The lack of natural, high-quality products on the market was the original motivation for founding Sunday Natural in 2013. We aim to produce the products we ourselves would love to buy – as natural as possible, absolutely pure, free from any additives, and of the highest quality. In a strategic partnership with CVC, Sunday Natural is now one of Germany's most renowned quality manufacturers, with its own research and development department in Berlin. For the continuous improvement of our products, we collaborate with selected research institutes, scientists, therapists, farmers, and professional associations.
We take our ecological responsibility very seriously: that’s why the majority of our product range is vegan. We also take an innovative approach to packaging: most of our products are packaged in glass, making them almost entirely recyclable.
Our diverse team in Berlin consists of over 290 employees from more than 40 nationalities and continues to grow – but at a sustainable pace. Our goal is to foster a collaborative, supportive, and inclusive work environment with a diverse group of motivated, talented, and visionary team members.
We highly value equality of opportunity and inclusivity, and we would like to particularly encourage women and candidates from under-represented backgrounds to apply, even if you don’t match with 100% of the requirements.
