Your role
As a market leader for health supplements in Germany, we have ambitious plans to bring our great products to customers all across Eastern Europe and challenge the local market leaders. You – as our Business Development Manager – will lead this effort and will be fully responsible to successfully scale our business.
- You own the success in the region and work towards clear revenue & profitability goals
- You develop and execute a strategic business development plan to expand the company's presence in Eastern Europe through webshop launches
- You identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and sales channels within the region
- You build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in selected markets, becoming the go-to person of Sunday Natural in the region
- You represent the company at selected industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
- You conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and drive business growth
- You coordinate all marketing functions – such as performance marketing, influencer marketing, and CRM
- You constantly drive a perfect end-to-end customers experience from product offering to webshop, content, customer service and operations
