We are looking for a passionate (Senior) Learning & Development and People Operations Generalist to support employee development and streamline business operations. • Develop and implement employee development programs that foster career growth and align with business needs
• Design, coordinate, and deliver engaging learning experiences – both in-person and online
• Streamline and enhance daily operational workflows while supporting the implementation of process improvements
• Drive continuous learning initiatives to keep employees up to date with industry best practices and innovations
• Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs to ensure measurable impact and continuous improvement

Your profile

• Fundamental experience in Learning & Development is required, along with basic knowledge in Operations – the most important factor is your enthusiasm to work in both areas
• Experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating learning formats, as well as conducting training sessions, coaching, or mentoring programs
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively across teams
• A proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms is a bonus
• Regular presence in the Berlin office, as well as proficiency in German (B2) and English (C1), are required

Sunday Natural emerged from a long-standing passion and research in the fields of health, healing, and personal growth. The lack of natural, high-quality products on the market was the original motivation for founding Sunday Natural in 2013. We aim to produce the products we ourselves would love to buy – as natural as possible, absolutely pure, free from any additives, and of the highest quality. In a strategic partnership with CVC, Sunday Natural is now one of Germany's most renowned quality manufacturers, with its own research and development department in Berlin. For the continuous improvement of our products, we collaborate with selected research institutes, scientists, therapists, farmers, and professional associations.  

We take our ecological responsibility very seriously: Our entire range is therefore vegetarian, mostly vegan. We also go our own way when it comes to packaging: the majority of our products are packaged in glass and are therefore almost completely recyclable.
