- Answer customer inquiries via email and chat to provide high-quality support and resolve issues
- Forward requests to our logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries
- Serve as the first point of contact for pre- and post-sales inquiries
- Recommend suitable products based on customers' needs and preferences – within the framework of the 'Heilmittelwerbegesetz' (HWG)
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by exceeding expectations and delivering the best possible customer service
