Your role
As a market leader for health supplements in Germany, we have ambitious plans to bring our great products to customers in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg and challenge the local market leaders. You – as our Country Manager – will lead this effort and will be fully responsible to successfully scale our business.
- You own the success in the Benelux and work towards clear revenue & profitability goals
- You build a deep understanding of the local market environment as well as our core customer and identify what it takes for Sunday to succeed
- You develop a growth plan how to apply our international playbook to your market
- You define and execute local brand building initiatives
- You personally connect with relevant partners on the ground and be the face / go-to-person of Sunday; especially for health care professionals
- You coordinate all marketing functions – such as performance marketing, influencer marketing, and CRM
- You constantly drive a perfect end-to-end customers experience from product offering to webshop, content, customer service and operations
