Your role
As a market leader for health supplements in Germany, we have ambitious plans to bring our great products to customers in Poland and challenge the local market leaders. You – as our Growth Manager – will lead this effort and will be fully responsible to successfully launch and scale our business.
- You own the country P&Ls and work towards clear revenue and profitability goals
- You build a deep understanding of the Polish market environment and identify what it takes for Sunday to succeed
- You define and execute local initiatives to build the brand in Poland
- You personally connect with relevant partners on the ground and be the face and go-to-person of Sunday Natural in Poland
- You coordinate and challenge all global marketing functions in respect to the Polish market – such as Performance Marketing, Influencer Marketing, and CRM
- You ensure a perfect end-to-end customers experience from product offering to webshop, content, customer service and operations
