Your role
We are looking for an experienced Director of Sales to join our TAN (Therapy Academy Network) team in Berlin. In this key role, you will manage daily sales operations, ensure targets are met, and support Executive Management in planning and overseeing sales and market activities, including the distribution of sales resources across markets or regions, as well as product and customer or partner segments. A background in OTC, Pharma, or health-related industries is an advantage.
- Identifying key action areas, offering motivation and guidance, and leading and mentoring sales representatives to ensure the team consistently meets and exceeds sales targets
- Managing interfaces and evaluating database information for strategic and operational sales management, customer potential analysis, and customer relationship management
- Supporting the effective use of CRM software and monitor data discipline
- Overseeing planning specifications, defining relevant key performance indicators (KPIs), and conducting deviation analysis
- Developing and implementing sales training programs tailored to the needs of our various subdivisions within the sales team
- Defining, optimizing, and documenting sales processes, while also implementing necessary organizational changes
- Ensuring alignment on campaigns and driving consistent strategies across the organization
