Your role
We are looking for an experienced Lead Customer Data Science to join our expanding team and leverage data-driven insights to enhance customer reach, loyalty, satisfaction, and overall business performance. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the marketing analytics strategy, generating insights, facilitating discussions, ideating performance indicators, and improving available data and data sources to meet the needs of marketing analytics.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive customer data science strategy aligned with Sunday Natural's business goals
- Spearhead customer segmentation, predictive modelling, and define the most important KPIs for tracking and measurement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate analytics findings into actionable insights for marketing, sales, and product development
- Oversee end-to-end project management for customer data science initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
- Develop a holistic understanding of the business and its processes to lead innovation and generate additional value through the utilization of our data assets and tools
- Work closely with data engineers to ensure the required data infrastructure for business needs are put in place
- Build and recruit a team of data scientists and analysts to support the growing requirements of data in the business
- Forecasting to facilitate for business and operational planning for short and medium-term goals based on customer cohorts and product demand planning
- Facilitate an international target setting process and capture marketing investments to ensure business goals are being met
