Your role
You will be part of the IT Helpdesk team in Berlin, providing local and remote support to company employees in office in Berlin or remotely for our employees in Germany and Poland. In this role, you will follow processes and implement new ones with documentation, ensuring that our infrastructure is working as expected. Proactively fixing issues and offering first level and second level support to all employees where necessary.

- Improve workflows and processes, contributing to the development of technical standards and documentation
- Ensure the availability, security, and compliance of our internal networks, collaborating with sys admins on monitoring hosted systems
- Provide first level and second level support via our ticketing system, connecting to devices remotely, or visiting users
- Ensure users comply with policies or act to correct issues by supporting them
- Analyze and resolve malfunctions in operations and handle on-/off-boardings on both software and hardware sides
- Work with Addigy (MDM tool), Apple Business Manager, Google Workspace, Snipe-IT, 1Password, and more
