Your role
As an Office Manager, your role extends beyond creating a pleasant atmosphere; it's about constructing the backbone of a well-organized and efficient office environment. Your mission is to instill structure and processes, ensuring the seamless functioning of our workspace. Shape the foundation of our workspace with your process-oriented mindset, take charge, and let's build an environment that thrives on efficiency and positivity! 

  • Infuse positive energy into the work environment – putting smiles on the faces of employees, applicants, suppliers, and visitors
  • Collaborate closely with our team of 2 Office Managers to optimize the working environment for sustainability and a process-oriented workflow for all internal employees
  • Assume administrative responsibility for your area, maintaining a vigilant eye on office processes and continuously seeking opportunities for optimization
  • Manage packages and deliveries, track orders, and proactively engage with suppliers for necessary goods and materials
  • Take charge of ordering Sunday products, flowers, birthday gifts, and healthy snacks to enhance the office experience
Your profile
  • Ideally possess professional experience in Administration, Office Management, Reception & Front Desk, the Hospitality industry, Business Operations or Operation Management 
  • Alternatively, you may be enthusiastic about a career change, armed with a winning personality and a strong structured and process-oriented mind-set 
  • Have a strong desire to take ownership, introducing clear processes and structure to enhance overall efficiency
  • Exhibit conscientious, and independent working style, showcasing excellent prioritization skills
  • Embody an open, helpful, and patient nature, finding joy in interacting with others
  • very good communication skills, both in English and German 
  • Available for a minimum of 30 hours per week, with a Class B driving license considered an asset

Sunday Natural was born out of a long-standing passion and research in the areas of health, healing and self-development. The lack of natural, high-quality products on the market provided the original motivation for founding Sunday Natural in 2013. We want to produce exactly the products we would like to buy ourselves. As natural as possible, absolutely pure, free of all additives and with the highest possible quality. Sunday Natural is purely privately financed, independent and today one of the renowned German quality manufacturers, with its own research and development department in Berlin. We cooperate with selected research institutes, scientists, therapists, farmers and professional associations for the continuous development of our products.

We take our ecological responsibility very seriously: Our entire range is therefore vegetarian, mostly vegan. We also go our own way when it comes to packaging: the majority of our products are packaged in glass and are therefore almost completely recyclable.
