Your role
You will lead Sunday’s Influencer Marketing strategy and constantly challenge the status quo to drive commercial growth for the business while appreciating the essential nature of Influencer Marketing. You will develop your own thoughts and ideas to improve our understanding of the impact of Influencer Marketing on the business, guiding our ambitious Influencer Marketing scaling plans across multiple social media channels, influencer engagement, and international markets.
- Oversee and guide a substantial growth of investment into the influencer business model while ensuring it drives appropriate commercial value for the business
- Create and execute plans to activate influencers across multiple social media channels (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok)
- Build, expand and foster a team of influencers through engagement strategies, consistently focused on the company's growth and success
- Develop a framework and toolset to assess the performance and impact of influencers, effectively allocating marketing spend and resources
- Spearhead the activation strategy of influencers beyond their own channels through content, partnerships, events, and other forms of communication
- Develop and grow your team according to organizational needs
- Facilitate all processes and operations required to run Influencer Marketing programs internationally
