Head / Lead of Influencer Marketing (all genders)

Your role
You will lead Sunday’s Influencer Marketing strategy and constantly challenge the status quo to drive commercial growth for the business while appreciating the essential nature of Influencer Marketing. You will develop your own thoughts and ideas to improve our understanding of the impact of Influencer Marketing on the business, guiding our ambitious Influencer Marketing scaling plans across multiple social media channels, influencer engagement, and international markets.

  • Oversee and guide a substantial growth of investment into the influencer business model while ensuring it drives appropriate commercial value for the business
  • Create and execute plans to activate influencers across multiple social media channels (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok)
  • Build, expand and foster a team of influencers through engagement strategies, consistently focused on the company's growth and success
  • Develop a framework and toolset to assess the performance and impact of influencers, effectively allocating marketing spend and resources
  • Spearhead the activation strategy of influencers beyond their own channels through content, partnerships, events, and other forms of communication
  • Develop and grow your team according to organizational needs
  • Facilitate all processes and operations required to run Influencer Marketing programs internationally
Your profile
  • Minimum of 5 years working in this field, coupled with a deep passion for health and nutrients
  • Demonstrated success in driving commercial growth, preferably for an international dtc e-commerce brand
  • Proficient in overseeing an influencer program with a budget of at least 400K/month
  • Adaptable in thinking and action on both micro and macro levels, while also proficient in leading and motivating a diverse team
  • Ability to grasp and influence crucial KPIs per influencer, combined with strategic budget allocation and performance monitoring to optimize resource utilization and maximize ROI
  • Familiarity with current trends and their application to our dtc brand, alongside a growth mindset and continuous improvement mentality
  • Fluent in both German and English, with Berlin as the permanent place of residence

Sunday Natural was born out of a long-standing passion and research in the areas of health, healing and self-development. The lack of natural, high-quality products on the market provided the original motivation for founding Sunday Natural in 2013. We want to produce exactly the products we would like to buy ourselves. As natural as possible, absolutely pure, free of all additives and with the highest possible quality. Sunday Natural is purely privately financed, independent and today one of the renowned German quality manufacturers, with its own research and development department in Berlin. We cooperate with selected research institutes, scientists, therapists, farmers and professional associations for the continuous development of our products.

We take our ecological responsibility very seriously: Our entire range is therefore vegetarian, mostly vegan. We also go our own way when it comes to packaging: the majority of our products are packaged in glass and are therefore almost completely recyclable.
