Als (Senior) Finance Manager / Accountant suchen wir ein Multitalent, eine engagierte Persönlichkeit mit einem Auge für Details. Baue maßgeblich die Finance-Function unserer brandneuen Gesellschaft Yoshi En auf, seie aber gleichzeitig Teil des offenen und herzlichen 10-köpfigen Finance-Teams der Sunday Gruppe und arbeitee eng mit unserer Head of Finance Fatemeh und CFO Anja zusammen.

Du bist für die Abbildung aller Geschäftsvorfälle zuständig, d.h. du führst die Kreditoren-, Anlagen- und Hauptbuchhaltung
Du kontrollierst die automatisch generierten und gebuchten Ausgangsrechnungen in unserem ERP „Odoo“
Du wirkst maßgeblich bei der Erstellung des Monats- und Jahresabschlusses nach HGB mit und erstellst statistische Reports und die Umsatzsteuer-Voranmeldungen
Du erstellst Intercompany-Invoices und Zahlläufe und stimmst sie entsprechend ab
Du unterstützt bei der Budgetierung und erstellst Reportings in enger Abstimmung mit dem Management
Du bist Kontaktperson für externe Ansprechpartner (z.B Banken, Steuerberater, Behörden) und optimierst unseren internen Accounting- & Finance-Prozesse

Dein Profil

Eine Ausbildung vorzugsweise zum Buchhalter, Steuerfachangestellten oder einen kaufmännischen Studienabschluss sowie mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Accounting / Finance
Fundiertes Verständnis der Deutschen Accounting Principles (HGB), dazu bringst du Anwenderkenntnisse in Excel und in ERP-Systemen mit
Du arbeitest strukturiert, sorgfältig und proaktiv und kannst dich gut in ein bestehendes Team integrieren
Großes Interesse an der Digitalisierung und Automatisierung unserer Finance-Prozesse
Du wohnst in Berlin oder in der Nähe und sprichst sehr gut Deutsch sowie Englisch (mind. B2)

This position is not for Sunday Natural but for Yoshi En, the sister company of Sunday Natural. Yoshi En Born out of a passion for tea, Jörg Schweikart conceived Yoshi en in 2013 alongside Sunday Natural, and today the two sister companies continue to share a close connection. The Yoshi en team brings together more than 20 tea experts from over 10 countries who are delighted to impart their knowledge and love for tea. Yoshi en therefore sees itself not only as a purveyor of quality teas and accessories, but also as an ambassador for contemporary tea culture and wholesome living.

As a (Senior) Finance Manager / Accountant, we are looking for a multi-talented, driven individual with an eye for detail. Play a key role in building the Finance function of our brand new company Yoshi En, but at the same time be part of the open and warm Finance team of Sunday Group, working closely with the Head of Finance Fatemeh and the CFO Anja.

You will be responsible for mapping all business transactions, i.e. you will manage the accounts payable, fixed assets and general ledger
You control the automatically generated and posted outgoing invoices in our ERP 'Odoo'
You play a key role in the preparation of the monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) and prepare statistical reports and the advance VAT returns
You create intercompany invoices and payment runs and reconcile them accordingly
You support budgeting and prepare reports in close coordination with management
You are the contact person for external contacts (e.g. banks, tax advisors, authorities) and optimise our internal accounting and finance processes

Your profile

An apprenticeship preferably as an accountant, tax clerk or a commercial degree as well as at least 5 years of professional experience in accounting / finance
A sound understanding of the German Accounting Principles (HGB), as well as user knowledge of Excel and ERP systems
You work in a structured, careful and proactive manner and can integrate well into an existing team
You are very interested in the digitalisation and automation of our finance processes.
You are located in Berlin or nearby and you speak very good German as well as English (B2 level)

Sunday Natural was born out of a long-standing passion and research in the areas of health, healing and self-development. The lack of natural, high-quality products on the market provided the original motivation for founding Sunday Natural in 2013. We want to produce exactly the products we would like to buy ourselves.
