Your role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager in Product Development with a proven track record in the fields of natural and organic drinks, fruit juices & beverages who is able to enter the market with our new planned product category and convince our customers of our quality once again. This is 360 degree product development position with ownership for the whole product lifecycle: from conception, formulation to completing the projects with market entry!

• You manage and coordinate all new product development projects in the new product category in close cooperation with the CPO and the founder and report on status as well as progress of your projects
• You are in charge of planning, coordination, managing and reporting all product development steps
• You are a great team player and will coach and support all team members, including tracking their progress and issues in close coordination with them
• You work closely with our international team of Sourcing, Purchasing & Logistics, Regulatory or Production Planning
• You take initiative to continuously improve business processes, optimize efficiency, reliability and availability

Your profile

• You have gained at least 1 year experience in the food and beverage industry and have already carried out product developments for beverages, smoothies, juices, amino liquids or other natural drinks
• You are experienced in owning the whole product lifecycle and you have already managed cross-functional projects
• Advanced familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies and best practices
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget and timeline as well as very good analytical skills
• You have experience seeing projects through the full life cycle and are fluent in English - German B1 is a plus!

Sunday Natural was born out of a long-standing passion and research in the areas of health, healing and self-development. The lack of natural, high-quality products on the market provided the original motivation for founding Sunday Natural in 2013. We want to produce exactly the products we would like to buy ourselves. As natural as possible, absolutely pure, free of all additives and with the highest possible quality. Sunday Natural is purely privately financed, independent and today one of the renowned German quality manufacturers, with its own research and development department in Berlin. We cooperate with selected research institutes, scientists, therapists, farmers and professional associations for the continuous development of our products.

We take our ecological responsibility very seriously: Our entire range is therefore vegetarian, mostly vegan. We also go our own way when it comes to packaging: the majority of our products are packaged in glass and are therefore almost completely recyclable.
