As a Working Student IT Administrator at Yoshi en & Edeneve, you support our team in ensuring a smooth and reliable IT environment across the company.
You take ownership of day-to-day support topics and help maintain our modern workplace setup, enabling colleagues to work efficiently. After an initial onboarding phase, you are expected to handle recurring requests independently and proactively improve internal processes.
You work closely with the IT team and collaborate with colleagues across all departments.
What you’ll work on
- Provide first-level IT support for employees (hardware, software, access issues)
- Manage and resolve requests via ticketing tools (Jira Service Management)
- Support user and access management (Google Workspace)
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding (accounts, devices, permissions)
- Troubleshoot issues across Apple devices and SaaS tools
- Help maintain and improve the modern workplace setup (WiFi, conferencing systems, meeting rooms, IoT devices)
- Document solutions and contribute to improving IT processes and knowledge base
