Your role
In this strategic key position, you act as the architect of our HR infrastructure. We are not looking for traditional administration, but for a strategic enabler who makes our international growth scalable through technology. Your mission is to eliminate manual bottlenecks and build a robust data ecosystem that enables real-time decision-making.
You are the interface between HR excellence and systems thinking. Your goal is to transform our setup away from manual spreadsheets toward a fully integrated, automated people infrastructure (primarily within Personio), designed to support international expansion (PL, IT, FR, CH, NL). While your focus is on the technological and process layer, there is also the opportunity to grow long-term into a holistic People Operations leadership role, if of interest.
Your Responsibilities
You are the interface between HR excellence and systems thinking. Your goal is to transform our setup away from manual spreadsheets toward a fully integrated, automated people infrastructure (primarily within Personio), designed to support international expansion (PL, IT, FR, CH, NL). Your Responsibilities
- You unlock the full potential of Personio, implement API integrations with third-party systems, and use automation tools (e.g., RPA, Make/Zapier) to ensure seamless data flows
- You build and continuously develop a state-of-the-art analytics environment
- You define KPIs and create dashboards that support C-level leaders and HRBPs in decision-making
- You design and standardize global HR processes with a focus on scalability across international markets, while considering local requirements
- With your data understanding will you support CPO and Senior People Operations Manager in complex initiatives such as implementing job architectures, salary bands, and compensation & benefits frameworks at a technical level
- You act as the internal HR systems expert, designing and delivering workshops that upskill the People team in HR reporting and analytics, enabling them to work more efficiently and independently with Personio and other HR systems
