Your role

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Regulatory Affairs Manager with a clear hands-on mentality and leadership drive to head our Dietary Supplements / Nutraceutical category (Nahrungsergänzungsmittel / NEM). If you identify with our products and vision, we would like to welcome you to our highly experienced international Regulatory Affairs team of 13! In this role, you will act as the primary expert for our supplement portfolio, ensuring excellence from the first ingredient check to the final product launch.

• You act as the functional driver for the dietary supplement / nutraceutical category, serving as the go-to expert and strategic advisor for your category-specific team members
• You take full responsibility for new NEM projects throughout the entire product life cycle from an Regulatory perspective – this includes Ingredient Checks, Raw Material Qualification, Recipe Compliance, and Label Checks for the German market
• You oversee change control processes for current products, determining and implementing necessary measures based on evolving regulatory and legal requirements
• You proactively improve internal workflows, build up robust resource databases, and ensure a consistent regulatory approach across the department
• You keep a close watch on regulatory developments and, together with the whole Regulatory Affairs team, perform regular portfolio reviews to ensure marketability in cooperation with Product Development, Editorial, and Quality departments
• You report directly to the Team Lead Regulatory Affairs and manage communication with external partners and legal counsel regarding complex marketability 

Your profile

• You have an University Degree in the field of  Food Chemistry, Nutritional Sciences, Food Science, or a related discipline
• You have a very good understanding of regulatory compliance and EU food law and experience in applying it 
• You have experience in the field of food supplements, nutraceuticals, or sports nutrition
• You have a self-reliant, careful, structured and reliable way of working & you are proficient in the use Google Workspace 
• You are looking for a strong, experienced team that will support and challenge you in your professional development
• You think 'outside the box', speak fluent English and have a very good knowledge of German
