Your role
In this role as (Senior) People Operations Manager, you combine analytical rigor with a hands-on approach to People Operations. You will focus on People Analytics, reporting, and KPI tracking, providing actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making. You are motivated by turning data into clarity, enabling informed People decisions, and supporting sustainable growth while actively contributing to the design and optimization of processes that enhance employee experience and organizational performance. You will be part of our 14-person People & Organization team, including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, People Operations and Office Management, contributing your expertise to further professionalize our People landscape.
- Build and continuously develop our People Analytics landscape, including KPI definition, reporting frameworks and data-driven decision foundations
- Further optimize and enhance our HR system landscape, with a strong focus on Personio – experience with alternative systems is also welcome!
- Create, interpret and continuously refine standard People reports as well as ad-hoc analyses for strategic People topics
- Bring a strong analytical perspective to operational and structural HR topics, driving and supporting initiatives such as the analysis and continuous improvement of compensation structures, salary bands, and job architecture
- Support cross-functional People projects by providing analytical insights and a structured, data-based perspective
