Amazon Operations Manager (all genders)

Your role
In the role as Amazon Operations Manager (all genders) you will act as the operational backbone of our Amazon business, ensuring that inventory, shipments, and marketplace operations run smoothly and efficiently as we scale internationally. You own the end-to-end coordination of our FBA logistics, safeguarding optimal stock availability while supporting our expansion into PAN-EU and additional global marketplaces.

  • You will take full ownership of Amazon FBA shipment creation and end-to-end shipment planning, ensuring healthy stock levels across all marketplaces while minimizing shortages and overstock
  • You will collaborate closely with demand planning and other key stakeholders to align inventory strategies and support unit-level forecasting for both existing and new marketplaces
  • You will actively support the rollout of PAN-EU operations and the launch of our products on new international and third-party marketplaces, ensuring operational readiness and scalability
  • You will continuously audit, optimize, and refine SOPs across logistics and supply chain processes to reduce lead times, improve efficiency, and lower shipping costs
  • You will proactively identify operational risks and improvement opportunities, taking ownership of execution rather than escalation
Your profile
  • Proven hands-on experience managing Amazon FBA operations – FBM experience is considered a strong plus
  • You are extremely detail-oriented and comfortable managing complex operational workflows with precision
  • You bring a strong “bias to action” mindset and thrive in fast-paced, scaling environments
  • You work independently, take full ownership of your responsibilities, and reliably deliver results end to end
  • You are a dependable team player who communicates clearly and collaborates effectively across functions
