Talent Acquisition Manager – Sales (all genders)

Your role
We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our growing 3-person TA team. You will take strategic ownership of our Sales & Operations hiring. In this Berlin-based role you will drive our international growth while acting as a mentor and culture ambassador in a flat, high-freedom environment.

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-impact Sales & Operations roles as a sparring partner for leadership
  • Drive international growth through advanced sourcing and high-level talent pipelining
  • Advise senior leadership and department heads to align talent strategies with overarching business goals
  • Lead independent TA projects and proactively optimize internal recruitment workflows
  • Enhance Ashby operations and documentation using data-driven performance metrics
Your profile
  • At least 3 years experience in recruitment, with 1 year specifically in high-impact Sales recruitment
  • Proven track record in active sourcing and closing talent in competitive markets, especially Sales roles
  • Driving your own TA projects and OKRs independently and leading them to success
  • Experienced in advising and challenging senior management
  • Enhance ATS operations (ideally Ashby or Personio) and documentation using data-driven performance metrics
  • Fluent German and English skills and regular presence in our Office in Berlin
