Your role
As our (Senior) Retention Manager France (all genders), you are the architect of our customer retention & loyalty, responsible for maximizing Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and driving scalable retention growth in the French market.
- Proactively identify, champion, and implement French-market-unique retention initiatives, such as local payment methods, specific holidays or cultural moments that go beyond the central plan
- Manage and execute all localized campaigns using our existing CRM/Marketing Automation platform Bloomreach in close collaboration with Central CRM Operations
- Act as the primary interface between the French country Manager/local team and the Central CRM team, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on local needs and global priorities
- Constantly analyze customer behavior, identifying churn risks and optimizing retention pathways to increase CLV and repeat purchase rates
- Propose and lead the implementation of rigorous A/B tests and experimentation on French-specific elements in messaging, incentives and timing to continually lift performance
- Own and monitor key retention KPIs, including repeat purchase rates, cohort performance, and loyalty program results, translating data into actionable strategies
