Help Us Build the Future of Fulfillment at Sunday Natural
We are Sunday Natural, and the purest quality of our products is at the heart of everything we do. That’s why we’re building our own GMP manufacturing facility in Gorzów — to guarantee the exceptional standards our customers trust us for.
With over 1,500 premium wellness products and a thriving direct-to-consumer model, we’re on a mission to bring health and well-being to millions across Europe — sustainably, reliably, and with outstanding service.
As we enter our next phase of growth, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Engineer (all genders) to take full ownership of managing the build of our new manufacturing site in Gorzów, Poland, from the ground up. This role is a rare opportunity to shape a state-of-the-art production facility, embed world-class food safety and quality standards, and deliver a site that will scale our impact for years to come.
If you thrive on building from zero, own the details, and take pride in turning a blueprint into a reliable, first-class plant, we’d love to meet you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the full project lifecycle for a GMP manufacturing facility: You will drive the process from concept development, CAPEX planning, and supplier tendering to construction, commissioning, and operational handover. You ensure every deliverable meets the highest standards of food-grade safety and quality, in line with local building codes and hygiene regulations.
Drive safety, compliance, and food-grade excellence: embed GMP and environmental regulations into every stage—from design to commissioning—ensuring the plant consistently meets regulatory and corporate quality benchmarks.
Own the project budget and timeline: craft realistic project timelines, track cash flow, forecast cost-to-completion, identify risks early, and propose mitigation plans to leadership.
Lead cross-functional execution teams: guide multidisciplinary internal & external teams—including contractors, suppliers, and validation experts—through documentation milestones, equipment spec reviews, qualification plans, and commissioning workshops.
Be the link between site and senior leadership: organize and drive regular project updates, steering meetings, status reports, and risk reviews with executive stakeholders—ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.
Ensure flawless handover and readiness for operations: coordinate validation/commissioning, operational training, and ongoing maintenance handover, ensuring the site delivers its intended capacity reliably from Day One.
