Your role
As a contributor to the Quality Management team, this role provides essential administrative support across several critical areas. From assisting with quality projects and initiatives to managing the documentation of change control processes, the position ensures that operations run smoothly and efficiently. Support Quality Projects: Assist the Quality Management team with ongoing projects and initiatives.
Customer Complaint Assistance: Help with the administrative handling of customer complaints, including data entry and tracking.
Change Control Support: Provide administrative support for change control processes, ensuring documentation is organized.
