Your role

As a Legal Counsel (all genders), you will play a critical role in supporting and advising our teams across Germany and Poland on a broad spectrum of legal matters. You’ll not only help drive compliance and risk management, but you will also work directly with cross-functional teams to shape Sunday's procedures. This role will involve:

• Supporting business teams with insights and solutions for commercial contracts, corporate governance, and data protection
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts to ensure they meet all legal standards while aligning with our goals
• Collaborating with teams across the company to create practical, innovative solutions that meet our legal obligations
• Conducting research and providing training on relevant legal topics, helping build a culture of compliance and awareness
• Leading or supporting projects that enhance our policies and practices, making a lasting impact on our operations

Your profile

We are looking for a skilled legal professional eager to make an impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment. If you have the following, we would love to hear from you:

• Being a qualified lawyer/having a law degree in Germany or Poland, with at least two years of experience in a dynamic company, startup, or law firm
• Strong expertise in contract law, data protection, and corporate law, and the ability to navigate complex legal challenges with confidence
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• The ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently, keeping up with deadlines in a fast-moving environment
• Fluency in English and either German or Polish
• You are based in Berlin

Sunday Natural emerged from a long-standing passion and research in the fields of health, healing, and personal growth. The lack of natural, high-quality products on the market was the original motivation for founding Sunday Natural in 2013. We aim to produce the products we ourselves would love to buy – as natural as possible, absolutely pure, free from any additives, and of the highest quality. In a strategic partnership with CVC, Sunday Natural is now one of Germany's most renowned quality manufacturers, with its own research and development department in Berlin. For the continuous improvement of our products, we collaborate with selected research institutes, scientists, therapists, farmers, and professional associations.  

We take our ecological responsibility very seriously: Our entire range is therefore vegetarian, mostly vegan. We also go our own way when it comes to packaging: the majority of our products are packaged in glass and are therefore almost completely recyclable.
