Your role
We are seeking an experienced and driven (Senior) Talent Acquisition Manager Tech / (Senior) Recruiter Tech to join our purpose-driven People & Culture team at Sunday Natural, consisting of Sabrina and Sarah, with a direct reporting line to Sarah Guerrier. In this pivotal role, you will help scale our data-focused and technical teams, working closely with team leads and Managing Directors (MDs) to attract top-tier tech talent. - Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing, interviewing, and assessing to the final hire, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience
- Work closely with technical leads and MDs to understand the team needs and ensure the best fit for technical roles
- Identify and engage with top tech candidates through direct outreach, social media or tech-specific job boards, and networking events
- Partner with the team to develop and refine Employer Branding initiatives to position Sunday Natural as a top employer in the tech space
- Work closely with your recruiting team to continuously improve our recruitment strategies, tools, and workflows, bringing fresh insights to refine our hiring processes
