Edeneve is a cosmetic & beauty brand led with passionate vision by Jörg Schweikart and is considered a financially independent dtc eCommerce startup committed to creating high-quality cosmetic products that blend natural ingredients with cutting-edge technology. 

As a Cosmetic Quality & Regulatory Affairs Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products comply with legal and regulatory requirements. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain product quality, safety, and adherence to industry standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our brand’s commitment to clean, natural cosmetics.

• Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to cosmetics; update internal processes accordingly and ensure all product-related materials comply with legal requirements
• Implement quality control procedures for raw materials, production, and finished products
• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections in our manufacturing facilities, and investigate and address any quality-related issues
• Maintain accurate records of quality control tests, inspections, and compliance activities
• Prepare reports for safety assessors and regulatory agencies, and assist in product registration at the EU portal and certification processes
• Identify potential risks related to product quality, safety, and compliance; propose risk mitigation strategies and preventive measures
• Provide guidance on regulatory matters during product development and support product launches by ensuring compliance with local and international regulations

Your profile

• Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field, as well as a proven track record in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, or a similar role within the cosmetics industry
• Previous experience in quality assurance or regulatory compliance within the cosmetics industry is mandatory
• In-depth knowledge of EU cosmetics regulations (e.g., EU Cosmetics Regulation 1223/2009) is required, and understanding toiletries and electronics for specific products is advisable
• You have a self-reliant, careful, structured, and reliable way of working, as well as strong attention to detail and good observation skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data management
• Excellent communication skills in English and German, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners

Sunday Natural emerged from a long-standing passion and research in the fields of health, healing, and personal growth. The lack of natural, high-quality products on the market was the original motivation for founding Sunday Natural in 2013. We aim to produce the products we ourselves would love to buy – as natural as possible, absolutely pure, free from any additives, and of the highest quality. In a strategic partnership with CVC, Sunday Natural is now one of Germany's most renowned quality manufacturers, with its own research and development department in Berlin. For the continuous improvement of our products, we collaborate with selected research institutes, scientists, therapists, farmers, and professional associations.  

We take our ecological responsibility very seriously: Our entire range is therefore vegetarian, mostly vegan. We also go our own way when it comes to packaging: the majority of our products are packaged in glass and are therefore almost completely recyclable.
