Growth / Country Manager - Netherlands (all genders)

Your role
As a market leader for health supplements in Germany, we have ambitious plans to bring our great products to customers in Netherlands and challenge the local market leaders. We are looking for people who have already established a digital marketing and media channel mix strategy for example as a Business Development / Growth Manager / Country Manager or Commercial Manager for an e-commerce company, ideally in the D2C sector. 

  • You will lead this effort and will be fully responsible to successfully launch and scale our business in the Netherlands
  • You build a deep understanding of our Netherlands market environment and identify what it takes to succeed
  • You define and execute initiatives to systematically improve and grow the business
  • You coordinate and challenge all global marketing functions in respect to the Netherlands market – such as performance marketing, influencer marketing, and CRM
  • You ensure that customer service and operations provide a best-in-class user experience
  • You source and handle external partners where ever we need additional support 
  • You own the country P&Ls and work towards clear revenue and profitability goal
Your profile
  • You have minimum 2 years experience in ecommerce; in particular performance marketing (SEA / Meta / Display performance)  
  • You ideally worked in the health / nutrition space before; a strong interest in the topic is definitely a must
  • You naturally understand a brand’s DNA and how to deliver an outstanding DtC experience
  • You have orchestrated the marketing channel mix including Influencer, CRM, PR and social media
  • You love Google Analytics, have strong analytical skills and the ability to understand market dynamics
  • You are business minded, KPI-driven entrepreneurial with a can do attitude and a strong will to push through roadblocks
  • You are a Dutch native speaker and you lived or worked in the Netherlands before, so you have a deep and intuitive understanding of the culture as well as market dynamics, plus you communicate clearly and effectively in English
